Please note that the GYS building is currently closed due to the current COVID-19 lockdown. Our staff are currently working from home and are doing what they can to provide support to our community through online and phone outreach. If you have an emergency, our phones are still being manned - details are here and our regular contact details are here.

Trained counselors are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to help by providing advice on coping with loneliness, getting through problems with work, education, or money, and supporting the mental health of others. They'll listen and help connect you to more support. All calls are confidential.
People aged 5-25 years can also contact Kids Helpline on 1800 551 800. In an emergency, always call Triple Zero (000).
