About the program

Girlzone is a friendly and supportive program exclusively for young women (aged 12-16) in Glebe and runs during school terms every Tuesday 3-5pm, in partnership with City of Sydney.

We meet to share stories, discuss what matters, and support each other. A new program is developed with input by the group members each term, so it’s never the same experience twice. As with most programs at Glebe Youth Service, a nutritious, balanced meal is also prepared each week.

The various activities and workshops are run within Glebe Youth Service as well as excursions out in the community.
